About this opportunity

Energy professionals help test and train AI models on real work in utilities, oil and gas, and power. This is fully remote, part time project work with flexible hours, paid hourly. It's a fit for engineers and analysts who work with production, load and outage data in their day job. Not for students or people early in their career.

Responsibilities:
• Create realistic work problems from your own field, like a colleague might hand you
• Work through production, load, outage and cost data
• Review AI output for mistakes a professional would catch

Required qualifications:
• 5+ years of professional experience as an engineer or analyst at a utility, oil and gas company or power producer
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Hands on experience building and maintaining spreadsheets in your own work
• Strong written English

Preferred qualifications:
• Professional Engineer license
• Experience in reservoir, production, power systems or transmission planning
• Experience in renewables or energy trading analysis
