micro1 is looking for experienced 3D Slicer specialists to support an AI training project. In this role, you will use 3D Slicer to complete real-world medical imaging and segmentation tasks and explain your workflows step by step. Your expertise will help improve how AI systems understand medical imaging.

Scope of Work

• Analyze and segment medical images using 3D Slicer.

• Work with CT, MRI, and other medical imaging datasets.

• Create and edit segmentation masks, 3D models, and volume renderings.

• Perform image annotation, visualization, and quality checks.

• Complete advanced 3D Slicer tasks and explain your workflows step by step.

• Create clear instructions and detailed prompts for medical imaging workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong professional hands-on experience using 3D Slicer.

• Experience with medical image segmentation, annotation, and visualization.

• Good understanding of CT, MRI, DICOM, and medical imaging workflows.

• Ability to create accurate segmentation masks and 3D reconstructions.

• Access to 3D Slicer and ability to record your screen while completing tasks.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Ability to explain technical workflows clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

• A relevant master's degree or PhD in Medical Imaging, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.

• Previous Human Data experience, such as data annotation, RLHF, or AI model evaluation.

• Clinical or research experience working with medical imaging datasets.

• Experience with medical image processing and 3D visualization.
