Feminine Voice Recording Specialist – Customer Support Dialogues (JSON)
About this opportunity
We’re seeking independent voice acting experts who can provide a feminine-sounding voice for an audio recording project. This paid opportunity involves delivering recordings that meet project-specific instructions and requires familiarity with JSON.
Interested experts may submit a voice sample for review. Submissions will be evaluated for vocal fit, audio quality, clarity, and ability to follow the project requirements.
What you’ll do
• Review JSON in simulated support cases and identify issues such as missing fields, incorrect values, mismatched data types, or invalid syntax.
• Use the JSON and case details to diagnose the issue and explain how to resolve it.
• Record natural dialogue for both roles, from a customer describing an error to a support representative walking them through a fix.
• Match each recording to the correct dialogue entry and follow the project’s audio and submission guidelines.
What you’ll need
• JSON fluency. You should be comfortable working with nested objects and arrays and troubleshooting syntax and data issues.
• English fluency. English is required for all experts participating in this project. If you’re also fluent in another language, select it from the available options when you apply.
• The ability to explain technical issues in plain language and deliver clear, conversational performances in both roles.
• Access to a quiet recording space and the ability to produce consistent, intelligible audio.
How to qualify
You’ll complete two preliminary assessments to qualify for the project.
• JSON coding assessment (about 15 minutes on average). You’ll demonstrate your ability to work with JSON, identify errors, and troubleshoot structured data. The assessment allows up to 30 minutes so you have extra time to review the instructions if needed.
• Language fluency assessment (up to 5 minutes). This is a brief get-to-know-you exercise. You’ll introduce yourself and share a little about your background in the language you selected.
